“I firmly believe that we already have everything we need within us to lead a fulfilling and self-determined life.”
As a naturopathic practitioner specializing in psychotherapy and a certified coach, I see myself as an empathetic guide for people who want to grow, change, or find their way out of crises. My work is shaped by what is known as the “tendency toward self-actualization,” a key aspect of Carl Rogers’ client-centered counseling approach: I firmly believe in your inherent power to bring about positive change and shape your own life.
In our collaboration, I will treat you as an equal—with deep respect, warmth, openness, and a sincere, unbiased interest in your very personal story.
What I bring to the table: I offer you a safe space and a willingness to fully engage with you and your concerns. In doing so, I draw on therapeutic methods that I fully endorse: they are constructive, practical, vivid, and deeply humanistic. Together, we’ll stimulate and integrate all your potential—both rational and emotional—so that you can let go of old, imposed, or limiting thoughts and allow your true self to flourish.

A very special part of the atmosphere at my practice is my Labrador, Paula. She is a certified therapy dog (successfully trained at Canis Bad Bramstedt).
I don’t use Paula in the sense of deep, intervention-based animal-assisted therapy; rather, she enriches our sessions as a charming companion and a wonderful “stress reliever.” Her mere presence in the room has a proven reassuring, calming, and grounding effect. Especially at the beginning of a session or during emotionally intense moments, Paula often acts as a natural icebreaker. She helps calm the autonomic nervous system, creates a warm, comforting atmosphere, and makes it easier for you to fully be in the here and now.

In addition to empathy, therapeutic work requires, above all, a solid, scientifically recognized, and continuously evaluated education. To ensure your safety and a high standard of methodological quality, my services are based on the following qualifications and certifications:
