The range of therapeutic concerns is as diverse as human beings themselves. To give you a general idea, below you’ll find typical life situations and symptoms for which I, as a naturopathic practitioner specializing in psychotherapy in Hamburg, can effectively support you. We’ll decide together, at our leisure, during our initial consultation whether we’d like to embark on this journey together.
Sometimes it’s not easy to find the right therapeutic support. I invite you to schedule an introductory session to see if we’re a good fit.
My therapeutic work is focused on helping you become your true self. I combine scientifically grounded, constructive, and deeply humanistic methods. Together, we will stimulate and integrate all of your potential—both rational and emotional—so that you can (once again) thrive in your daily life.
Client-centered counseling (according to Carl Rogers)
Non-directive counseling is a method that promotes self-exploration and supports the maturation process of your personality. In an atmosphere of deep appreciation, empathy, and warmth, we delve into your conscious and unconscious connections to help you process and clarify your emotions.
Systemic work & constellation work
Systemic approaches reveal unconscious underlying patterns and dynamics within systems—especially within
families. Through this work, it is possible to gain a deep understanding of and find lasting solutions to debilitating conflicts, attachment issues, self-esteem issues, and a sense of disorientation.
Part work (Inner Team & Ego States)
This part of the process focuses on reorganizing your inner dialogue. We identify destructive thought patterns
and productive or unproductive inner parts in order to resolve inner conflicts. This will help you find greater serenity, the ability to set boundaries, self-care, and a new sense of inner peace.

I firmly believe that we already have everything we need within us to lead a fulfilling and self-determined life. As a naturopathic practitioner specializing in psychotherapy and a certified coach, I draw on all my psychological and systemic expertise to be a completely trustworthy and professional partner for you.
For a relaxing start: At my practice in Hamburg, we’re joined by my Labrador, Paula. She’s a certified therapy dog, and with her calm, reassuring presence, she acts as a wonderful “stress reliever,” creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to open up.
Therapy is a matter of trust. To help you feel at ease from the very beginning, we make the initial process completely transparent. We start with a free introductory session (initial consultation). If you feel comfortable, we’ll move on to a series of trial sessions, during which we’ll carefully structure your concerns and select the methods that are right for you. In my private practice, I offer flexible and prompt care so that I can support you during difficult times without long wait times.
